Intelligent Mobility

MOVENTIX

Deploy | Interoperate | Evolve

Mobility redefined with a software-first approach: adaptive intelligence that evolves with vehicles, infrastructure and operational needs, with real-time execution and full interoperability across ecosystems.

On edge cloud, off the central cloud

Real-time

Execution without the round-trip

OEM-ready

New revenue from software-defined mobility

The market

Agentic AI is now defining vehicle architecture.

The shift

Models are becoming first-class, lifecycle-managed assets across mixed-criticality compute. Intelligence is moving from one feature to the architecture itself.

The maturity bar

Frequent model updates, behavior testing with rollback, learning from driving data, and AI integrated across systems rather than bolted on as a single feature.

The opening

Most OEMs sit below that bar today. Programs are being funded to close the gap one experience at a time.

Core tenets

One engine, six guarantees.

Decoupled from the platform

Agents are decoupled from the underlying heterogeneous platforms. One 10 to 20 MB engine across NVIDIA, AMD, Qualcomm, and NXP silicon and Linux, Android, Windows, and iOS. Portability without recoding when silicon changes.

Multi-cloud, multi-LLM

No lock-in to one cloud or one model provider. Agents use local SLMs on-vehicle and reach any cloud or LLM only when policy allows it and the task warrants it.

Offline-first by design

Agents keep working through tunnels, parking structures, and dead zones, then sync when connectivity returns. No round-trip required.

Sovereignty in execution

Per-agent policy governs where each inference runs and where data may travel, supporting privacy regulation and regional residency rules.

Peer choreography

Agents discover and coordinate as peers at sub-100 ms latency, vehicle to vehicle and system to system, not through a central cloud orchestrator.

Fleet-grade and secure

Zero-Trust by default, signed updates, and mesh discovery let models roll out across thousands of vehicles with per-node rollback.

Why MOVENTIX

AI‑defined vehicles, without re‑architecting.

Powered by mimOE, MOVENTIX decouples experiences from hardware and OS, with adaptive choreography designed for mobility.

Deploy anywhere

One software stack across vehicles, infrastructure, and back-office systems, with no per-platform rebuilds.

Interoperate

Full interoperability across ecosystems, with adaptive choreography between in-vehicle compute and the edge.

Evolve and monetize

Greater autonomy and control while unlocking new revenue through software-driven mobility.

Showcase

The Agentix‑Native vehicle, simplified.

Showcasing MOVENTIX (mimik SDV) using the NXP GoldBox at the COVESA event.

Architecture fit

Designed to fit the vehicle you already build.

MOVENTIX runs alongside AUTOSAR, middleware, and HPC application layers. It advises and operationalizes outside the real-time safety path, never on it. Per-vehicle intelligence plus fleet-level learning under operator policy, and experiences that continue operating through degraded connectivity.

With and without

Cloud‑First vs. MOVENTIX.

Cloud-first AI todayWith MOVENTIX
ExecutionEvery feature makes its own round-trip to cloud LLMs; discovery and registration live in the cloud.mimOE runs the AI chain, model, and engine on-vehicle; the cloud is optional.
CoordinationSystems on the same vehicle cannot easily discover or collaborate; intelligence is fragmented.Agents discover each other and coordinate as peers via adaptive choreography, on the vehicle.
CostLatency, bandwidth, and token and GPU cost scale with every inference and every vehicle.Local execution cuts cloud cost, energy, and bandwidth by up to 95 percent with minimal latency.
DataData leaves the vehicle to be processed: a residency, privacy, and sovereignty exposure.Data stays where it is generated; policy governs exactly what may sync to the cloud.
ConnectivityDead zones and tunnels break the feature and degrade the experience.Offline-first: agents keep running through outages and reconcile on reconnect.

Cost figures based on modeled agentic workloads, with mimOE.

Program economics

The second use case is where the economics change.

The first experience funds the integration

The second and third reuse the same engine: discovery, choreography, security, and observability are already in place.

Each addition is agent-level

Every additional experience is an agent-level addition, without re-architecting per feature and without a new vendor stack per feature.

Velocity with Cost Certainty

Faster rollout of each new experience on one engine, with Cost Certainty across the program.

Across the mobility value chain

Who it's for.

Automakers

Ship software-defined experiences that evolve after the vehicle leaves the lot.

Fleet operators

Coordinate vehicles and infrastructure with low latency and offline resilience.

Mobility providers

Deliver adaptive services across mixed hardware without vendor lock-in.

Tier-1 and silicon

Make your platform the default for in-vehicle intelligence.

In the field

What teams are building with MOVENTIX.

Start with one experience you can ship this year. Add the next without re-architecting each time.

Cabin experience orchestration
The cabin adapts as one system. Every seat becomes an independent zone; climate, seating, lighting, and audio coordinate through agents that respond to who is in the vehicle and what they are doing, in real time, on the vehicle itself.
Conversational vehicle
A natural-language interface to the vehicle's own capabilities. The driver asks why the range is lower today; agents discover the relevant systems, ground the answer in live vehicle state, and act, with responses generated on-vehicle.
Virtual keys
An owner creates a vehicle key on their phone with function-level access, shares it with a valet or friend via link, and the key activates at the vehicle through direct device discovery. Access rights never leave the device envelope; no cloud dependency.
Autonomous long-haul trucking
An on-vehicle Agentix runtime runs logistics-coordination and V2X agents locally alongside the autonomous driver, without touching the safety-certified stack. Sub-100 ms coordination in highway dead zones.
Fleet compliance
Fleet-management, ELD-compliance, and inspection agents keep running on the vehicle through cellular dead zones and sync on reconnect, closing compliance gaps for the carrier.
Depot maintenance
Predictive-maintenance agents for engine, brake, and battery run on depot gateway hardware where WAN connectivity is intermittent. Real-time asset health independent of WAN quality.
Regulated fleets
Driver-safety and coaching agents execute on-vehicle under sovereignty policies that keep driver data local, opening municipal, school, and government segments where cloud transmission is a procurement blocker.
Plant and supply chain
Robot and fixed-automation agents coordinate peer-to-peer on the factory floor; supply-chain agents survive WAN outages. One governance policy across vehicle, plant, and supply chain.
Built on mimOE

One engine, from ECU to cloud

MOVENTIX runs on mimOE, the same Agentix-Native engine behind every mimik solution. Any chip, any OS, online or off.
