When comms go dark, the mission keeps thinking.

mimik turns drones, robots, vehicles, sensors, and tactical equipment into secure collaborative nodes that run AI agents on the asset itself. Agents run device-first and offline-first: they discover each other, coordinate, and execute mission workflows in denied, degraded, intermittent, or limited (DDIL) environments. The cloud is optional, not required.

How it holds

The links can be denied. The decisions cannot.

A jammer holds a whole sector of the field: every link whose path crosses it is denied. Outside the sector the mesh carries on. Inside it, an asset that has lost every peer keeps deciding on itself, at the point of action.

pins the east sector, with the base gateway on its own
  • Autonomy in DDIL
  • Multi-vendor interoperability
  • Sovereign execution
  • Zero-Trust from the device up
  • Rapid mission updates
  • Full mission visibility
  • Peer link · traffic both ways
  • Deciding on the asset at sub-10 ms, then passed to peers
  • No peers in range · deciding on itself
  • The one link that leaves the mesh
  • Queued for the rear network
  • Jammed sector · every link that crosses it is denied

The base gateway is a peer, as this page says · the lines are logical peer reachability, not RF ranges · assets and hardware are illustrative

Why now

Defense has gone AI‑first. Execution is the missing layer.

The defense AI strategy shifts from policy to operational execution: agent networks for battle management and a mandated expansion of AI compute from data centers to the tactical edge. Agencies already have the data and the models. What they lack is the ability to execute across diverse systems reliably, securely, and at scale. mimOE is that execution layer, deployable on the assets they already own.

The challenge

Centralized AI cannot meet mission demands.

Disconnected Systems

Siloed platforms hinder coordination across units, domains, and coalition partners. Every vendor is an island.

Cloud Dependency

Centralized cloud fails in DDIL environments. Links are jammed, denied, saturated, or simply out of reach.

Slow Decision Loops

AI models that require backhaul to the cloud add latency and risk to exactly the decisions that cannot wait.

Vendor Lock-In

Proprietary stacks restrict mission agility, multi-vendor integration, and the freedom to adopt better models.

What mimik delivers

The agentix‑native platform for autonomous collaborative systems.

Autonomy in DDIL

Agents continue operating, coordinating, and making decisions when cloud and satellite links are lost.

Multi-Vendor Interoperability

Drones, UGVs, robots, and tactical devices from different manufacturers work together without modifying their OS or hardware.

Sovereign Execution

Classification, clearance, and data-handling rules are enforced at the device and agent level. Models and data stay owned.

Zero-Trust From the Device Up

Identity, authentication, and authorization enforced per device, per agent, and per workflow.

Rapid Mission Updates

AI models and mission profiles are swapped or updated in the field, without downtime or re-architecting systems.

Full Mission Visibility

Real-time logs, telemetry, and audit trails across devices, agents, and workflows for mission assurance and after-action analysis.

Beyond defense

Built for defense. Ready for the whole public sector.

Emergency & Disaster Response

When networks go down, agents keep responders, assets, and command coordinated locally, then sync when connectivity returns.

Critical Infrastructure

Grids, water, ports, and transit keep AI operations running through outages and cyber events. Resilience becomes a property of the system, not a hope.

Public Safety & Facilities

Campus and facility monitoring, surveillance, and situational awareness with sensitive data processed and kept on-site.

Proof

Patented, production‑proven, and recognized.

Registered U.S. Patents

Foundational IP on device-first, agentix-native execution across the compute continuum.

Production-Proven

Validated with Fortune 100 enterprises and shipped in highly sensitive environments, including maritime operations in the energy sector.

Recognized

Global innovation awards and ecosystem partnerships across leading silicon, hardware, and integration providers.

Hunter Davis

Everybody in federal government has legacy systems, and everybody is being told they need to adopt AI yesterday. What a solution like this brings together is all the legacy systems, and it gives them the ability to communicate with each other. Most new technologies only work with one or two vendors. With something like this, they can use all the technologies they need together. It's a huge value add.
